Five stars aren’t nearly enough for the outstanding experience we had with Christian and Emmerson Bartlett. I don’t really know how he did it but he walked us through the process that we thought would be overwhelming and made it so smooth that we didn’t feel any stress. In fact, his demeanor was so kind and peaceful that it was a comfort to meet with him. He took care of everything and patiently answered all our calls and all our questions. Christian helped our family immensely in 2019 with the passing of our dad and again in 2023 with the passing of our mom. On both occasions, Christian was compassionate and professional every step of the way. He fully explained everything we needed to do to have a lovely service and burial for our parents. We received many compliments about the tribute page, video picture collage, and program that Christian created for us. The reception room allowed for our family and friends to gather comfortably to enjoy food and fellowship as we remembered the good times we had with each other. Christian also orchestrated absolutely everything with the Riverside National Cemetery. Both burials there were well-planned and special. Before and after the services/burials of our parents, Christian would reach out to us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. My father passed away quickly after a cancer diagnosis. We were in complete shock, and we r still in shock. When we first met with Christian at Emmerson, he listened to us reminiscence of the past and discussed what my father wanted at his funeral. We spoke for about an hour and a half. We never felt rushed. My father wanted his coffin covered with the USA flag due to his military service. He didn't want anything else but the flag. I struggled not getting flowers because I've always seen flowers at funerals. Christian assured me it would be beautiful, and it was AMAZING. The flag showed how much respect my father had for the USA and the years he spent fighting in Vietnam. The flag is also known as a pilar of strength, and my dad was definitely the pilar of our family. We needed to take time for relatives to come to California for the services, and that was fine. They never rushed us, and they were always helpful when we discussed what my dad wanted. I highly recommend Emerson Mortuary and Christian. Christian's patience and dedication are something rarely seen in today's times. I would give them 100/100 if I could.

Emmerson-Bartlett is the Best Choice! Christian has helped me through 3 different planning processes. His support and guidance along with his compassionate heart was greatly appreciated. My mother-in-law had a pre-planned paid from 30 years prior and was handled very professional. Then the 2nd, was a Veterans Military honor burial and he handled it with dignity, respect and experience. He handled the videographer to capture a beautiful video during Covid so that all family across the states could feel apart of. The 3rd, most recent was another Military Honor burial at Riverside National Cemetery and everything was put together nicely.Each time the picture video's as a treasured keepsake along with the quality programs. We are grateful to have Christian and Emmerson-Bartlett family in our communities.

Emmerson Bartlett help with my parents with all arrangements prior to their death. So, when the time came Christian was there to assist and make sure all arrangements was ready. Christian is compassionate and caring person, he made the memorial service so beautiful, with video and flowers arrangement my parents would have love it. He also arranges with Veterans honors and folding of flag at burial service for which my dad was WWII vet as he would have been so proud. We have used Emmerson Bartlett on three separate occasions. On each occasion, we had Christen help us with all the arrangements. Him and his staff are so caring. It's as if they have also shared in our loss. Each time we have had to make arrangements, we feel absolutely confident we are in the best hands. When people are faced with making the final arrangements for their loved ones, they want to be assured that the final moments, the last Goodbyes are the best they can be. My mother in law passed away at age 92. Her son cared for her in his home for the past 20 years. He was in the hospital with a heart attack when she passed. There were no other family members in California. We flew in from Connecticut on Wednesday and met with Christian on Thursday to plan a funeral for Friday as we had to leave for home on Saturday. He was extremely professional, well organized and calm in a difficult situation. We gave him some pictures of mom off of a cell phone and he did the rest. We came back friday afternoon and were amazed. One of her pictures was on the monitor in the entrance way to the funeral home. He printed programs with her pictures and Bible verses with enough copies to pass along to distant relatives. He engaged a Catholic Chaplin to preform a service complete with music. A beautiful flower arrangement of roses was delivered for the service. We had forgotten to mention ordering flowers but Christian correctly assumed they were needed and welcomed. After the service he told us we could stay as long as we wanted. We were amazed by his kindness and thoughfulness.throughout the whole process over a very short period of time. We were extremely lucky to have Christian beside us.

The services rendered at Emerson Bartlett were professional, dignified, and personal. I had the unfortunate loss of two family members in the last year and a half. One was a veteran and one was not but in both cases they supported me through my process of grief and putting together the details of honor for them that I wished. I was also assisted in obtaining veterans’ honors at the graveside service for my veteran. Christian was outstanding in his care and help in connecting all the dots of the various needs I had. I would recommend this organization to anyone seeking support and care in their time of great loss.

Christian was extremely helpful and gracious in helping us coordinate the graveside service for my father. He was able to arrange for members of the Air Force to come out and provide my father with a three volley salute and a bugler to play "Taps" which meant the world to us as some of my father's most cherished memories were from his 20 years of service in the USAF. From start to finish, Christian made the process smooth and transparent in terms of costs and the various steps involved in planning his funeral. We were extremely satisfied with the services that Christian and Emmerson-Bartlett provided.

Christian was a truly kind and wonderful guiding presence during this difficult time of my father's passing. From start to bittersweet end, Christian was, bar none, the most comforting and calming resource we could have asked for -- coordinating with the National Cemetary and the Air Force to provide military service that honored my father's service to his country complete with a 21-gun salute. He even connected with an outside private aviation company to execute a flyover -- perfectly timed with the service at National Cemetery. We are so glad we decided to call Emerson-Bartlett -- it more than lives up to its reputation as the premier memorial services company serving Redlands and the surrounding community. They have a true asset in Christian -- one of the many blessings we encountered as we said goodbye to my beloved father.

We called upon them once again when we recently had to say goodbye to our father. Within seven months I lost three members of my family including my husband and mother. I experienced three deaths in my family, including the loss of my husband and mother within seven months. Without Christian I don't think I would have survived.
