Vinson Allen Burnett a.k.a Pat Burnett, Age 91, of Redlands, California passed away on April 16, 2025, after forging through recovery from a broken hip. Vinson was born on May 22, 1933 in Anaheim, California. He was the adopted son of Clarence H and Catherine Burnett of AZ. OUR LOVING FATHER, Vinson, a true American Hero, served our country as a proud Marine and then chose to serve his community of Redlands and San Bernardino County as an Engineer at Redland's Fire Department from 1963 to 1980. Vinson is survived by his beloved family; brother William Burnett, age 101, his two of four daughters; Constance Ontiveros and Leslie Eischen, a son-in-law; Richard Eischen, sister of Jennifer; Linley Macpherson, four adult grandchildren; Erin and Robin Ontiveros & Jeremiah and Zachariah Eischen, two great-grandchildren Joseph and Jaiden Enriquez, their father Gabriel Enriquez and his Loving extended family; Debbie and Steve Campbell and Lee Thompson. Pat's beloved family who passed; his loving wife Mary who passed in 1996, his sister Marcella passed in 1986, his two daughters who passed were Jennifer (2025) and Daphne Burnett (2018), his Loving Companion Lois Bohannon passed in 2019, and his son-in-law Ernie Ontiveros who passed in 2020. Vinson will be remembered as our beloved hero who lived a life of great honor and whose character, love, and charm captivated so many. He was a proud Marine, a dedicated Engineer at the Fire Department, a loving, devoted father, husband, grandfather, great-grandfather, and a great friend to many. May our precious, cherished father rest in eternal love and peace in the Lord's arms. Memorial Services will be held at Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel at 11:00 am on May 15, 2025, 703 Brookside Ave., Redlands, CA 92373. Vinson will be laid to rest at Hillside Memorial Park at 1:00 pm on May 15, 2025, 1540 Alessandro Rd., Redlands, CA 92373
