Lori Kathleen Regalado was born on October 18, 1973, at Redlands Community Hospital in the city that she loved and admirably served her entire life. A lifelong resident of Redlands, Lori’s heart and roots were deeply intertwined with her community.

She graduated in 1991 from Redlands High School, attended Crafton Hills College, and continued her education at the University of Redlands earning her undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies in 2005.
