Judy Conley (née Shorey), 83, of Grand Terrace, California, passed away peacefully on October 24, 2025, after having lived her best life — one filled with love, laughter, creativity, and adventure. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, cousin, and friend, Judy will be remembered for her radiant spirit, her beautiful blue eyes, and her ability to make every person she met feel special.

Born on September 1, 1942, in San Bernardino, California, Judy grew up surrounded by warmth and family. From an early age, she displayed a natural artistic talent and a boundless curiosity about the world around her. These passions would come to shape her entire life.

Judy was gifted in many ways — a talented painter whose brush captured the beauty she saw in life, a joyful dancer with infectious energy, and a singer whose laughter was as musical as any tune. She carried a wonderful sense of humor and found reasons to smile in every situation. Her creativity and joy in expression were matched only by her deep devotion to her family and friends.

Family was the heart of Judy’s world. She cherished every gathering at her home in Grand Terrace, where holidays and birthdays were filled with stories and laughter. Her family knew that, in Judy’s home, there was always room for one more chair, one more plate, and one more heart to love.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Glen Conley; her children; Gwen Conley, Danny Brown and wife Linda, Glenda Conley-Aldrich and husband Terry, Cindy Brown, Kelly Conley, Tracy Conley and wife Gremma and Darby Conley, whose lives she nurtured with steadfast love and joy; ten grandchildren who were the light of her eyes; and six great-grandchildren who brought her endless pride. She also leaves behind her cherished sister, Lanora Haydis, along with Lanora’s children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren all who shared so many of Judy’s adventures and dreams.

Judy’s life was defined by kindness and generosity. Her travels around the world expanded her understanding of people and cultures, yet home was always her favorite destination — wherever her family gathered.

Those who knew Judy will recall her as a loving, funny, and talented woman who celebrated life with an open heart. She believed in joy, in laughter, and art. Her presence brightened the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her, and her memory will continue to inspire the same warmth and love she gave so freely.

As we remember Judy, let us take comfort in her love, her laughter, and the joy she shared with us all.
