John Martin Matich

John M. Matich passed away peacefully on February 22, 2026, at his home surrounded by family.

Beloved husband of Margaret H. Matich for over 49 years, and devoted father to Melissa Matich Goodyear (Brendon Goodyear), Kathryn Matich (Michael Aguilar), Andrew Matich, and Theresa Matich (Eric Kennedy). Proud grandfather of Charles, Anastasia, Anthony, Lily, and Matthew.

John was a graduate of Aquinas High School (1971), the University of Notre Dame (1975), and the University of Redlands (1997). He served as Vice President of Sales at Matich Corporation for 25 years.

A faithful Catholic and member of the Knights of Columbus, John was known for his devotion to the Holy Rosary and his steadfast faith in Christ.

He is also survived by his brothers Steven (Paulette), Robert (Ann), and Patrick (Guillermina).

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered
