James Brownlow Foster

James B. Foster passed away April 27, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Betty Foster, his son, Steve Foster (Jo), his daughters, Donna Rice, Joyce Oakes (Bill), Sue Crow (Bill), Cindy Piepmeier (Lindsey), Shirley Riley (John), Debbie Foster, Dorothy House, and 22 grandkids, 34 great-grandkids, 1 great-great-granddaughter, 2 brothers, and 1 sister. He is pre-deceased by grandson, John J. Riley. He was retired from the San Bernardino County Surveyor’s office after 30 years of service.  The viewing will be Thursday, May 10th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel in Redlands, Ca. The chapel service will be Friday, May 11th at 1:00 pm at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel, Redlands, Ca. The interment will follow at Montecito Memorial Park, Loma Linda, Ca.
