Ethel Geraldine Tarr

Ethel Tarr, 95, of Rialto, passed away peacefully at Braswell s Colonial Care where she spent the last few years of her life. Ethel lived in Rialto for over 50 years. She worked as a sales supervisor for the J.C. Penney Company and The Broadway department stores for 20 years. She was a devoted member of the Judson Baptist Church in San Bernardino where she and her husband, John, spent many great years. She was a beloved mother and will be missed greatly. Survivors include her children Judy Winters of Angelus Oaks, Charlotte Kowalski of Yucaipa and Jack Tarr of Canyon Lake; one brother Andrew of Scottsdale AZ; 8 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Services will be held at the Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel in Redlands on Tuesday July 16, 2013 at 11:00 am. A private interment will follow on Wednesday at Riverside National Cemetery.
