Dean George Grow

Dean George Grow, of Yucaipa, California was born December 2, 1938 in Twin Falls, Idaho to George and Theda Grow. He was the first of 4 children. He passed away peacefully on August 18, 2025 surrounded by loved ones.

He is survived by his wife, Diane Petersen Grow, his siblings, Dan E. Grow, Douglas C. Grow, Jolene Grow Jensen, and his children, Loralyn Grow Campbell, Michael Grow, Michelle Grow, Kevin Dean Grow and Tiffany Grow Parker, Eight grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, first wife, Connie Heilesen and his daughter, Cherisse Grow.

Dean was a life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He and Diane enjoyed serving in a variety of callings, most notably as directors of the local Family History Center and serving for 23 years as ordinance workers in the Los Angeles and Redlands temples.

Memorial will be held Saturday, 13 September 2025, 10:00 a.m., in the chapel at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 12776 6th Street, Yucaipa, California 92399.
