Daniel Gonzalez May 21, 1935 - July 31, 2026 Redlands, CA Daniel Gonzalez, of Redlands, CA, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2026, at the age of 91. Daniel was born on May 21, 1935, to Daniel Gonzalez Sr. and Joaquina Chilibolost on a dairy farm in Chino, CA. After graduating from Chino High School, Daniel joined the Air Force and served as a radar operator in Korea during the Korean War. When the war ended, Daniel was transferred to Chattanooga, TN, where he enjoyed a winning season on the Air Force basketball team. He explored a few employment paths, finally choosing a career in paint sales where his outgoing personality, natural skill of storytelling, and the uncanny ability to remember every joke he ever heard led to his success.

Throughout his adult life, he had a passion for motorcycle riding, riding his BMW road bike up to the age of 89, much to the chagrin of his children! He was an active member of the Good Guys Motorcycle Club in Redlands for over 50 years. His fellow club members were best friends and brothers. With his wife Betty on the back of his bike, he traveled the world, loving every adventure and returning home with entertaining tales which he repeatedly shared with everyone!

Daniel was preceded in death by his wife Betty, and leaves behind four children (Joey, Lorraine, Christine and Theresa), five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Daniel asked all to not feel sad for him when he passed, as he had lived a great life, he had a loving family and friends, and he did everything he wanted to do. Long may you ride, Daniel!
