Charles W. Cobler born July 6, 1929 born in Chicago, Ilinois went home to be with our Lord Jesus on Sunday, March 8, 2015. Charles served several years in the Navy, lived Ottumwa, IA and spent the last fifty years in California. He is survived by his wife Ruby, three daughters, one son, 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
