Billy Joe Brown, age 77, passed away February 27, 2013 in Loma Linda, CA. He was born March 8, 1935 in Oklahoma. Billy was a dedicated dispatcher for the Highway Patrol for over 37 years. Billy is survived his his son, Dennis Brown of Rialto, CA; daughter, Debra L. Weagley of Highland, CA; and brother, Robert D. Aikin from Las Vegas, Nevada. Memorial Services are being arranged by his family.
