Abraham "Abe"- was born in Ahvaz, Iran growing up in a large, dynamic family, being the fourth of ten children with two brothers and seven sisters. He was fearless and always sought out adventure. He was a protector and a leader. He was generous and full of love and laughter.

Abe came to America in 1969, found himself in Des Moines, Iowa, where he met the love of his life- Linda, and then married in 1974. He made many moves, finding his way with his wife and first born child. Eventually finishing Pharmacy school at S.K. Skaggs College of Pharmacy at Idaho State University in 1980, the year his second child was born. After his graduation the family moved back to Iowa where his third child was born in 1982.

The family moved west to California in 1984 for opportunity and sunshine, where they stay settled to this day! Abe worked as a pharmacist for 40 years and absolutely loved it. He worked his way up to a District Manager position and retired at the age of 72 in 2019.

The entire time he was present for his family, making time to coach his younger daughter and son's soccer teams, having BBQ's with family and friends on the weekends, taking family vacations over the summers and spring breaks, and creating hilarious memories all the while.

Shortly after Abe retired, he was diagnosed with dementia- this was devastating news for the family. So they made an even greater amount of effort to spend precious time together, with Abe continuing to keep his humor till the end.

Abe passed away on May 3, 2025, surrounded by a crowd of love around him- his wife, children, grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends- were all with him as he moved on to his next journey. Allowing us to keep him forever in our hearts.

Abe is survived by his wife Linda; daughters Sara and Laila; his son Alexander; his grandchildren Nicole, Sophia, Vladimir and Zackary; as well as his two brothers and six remaining sisters.
