William C. McIntyre of Yucaipa Ca. passed away peacefully into the hands of the Lord on June 11, 2020 at the age of 67 while at home holding hands with his loving wife Joyce McIntyre. Bill bravely battled Melanoma with his family and friends by his side. He was born in Cobleskill, New York to John and Helen McIntyre.
Bill married Joyce Myers in 1975 and they were soon blessed with two daughters, Lisa and Tricia. Bill loved Jesus and serving at his church. He also loved holidays, fishing, gold mining,serving his country, going on adventures with his wife. He Especially loved spending time with his family and friends. Bill just loved life in general and embraced all it had to offer.
Bill attended Richmondville central school and graduated in 1971. Bill served his country with honor from 1972 -1974 with the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged. Bill received his contractor license in May in 1985. He also graduated from Crafton Hills college with his AA on June 14th 1985.
In 1986 Bill started his business J&B construction and served his community and surrounding communities well with his services of remodeling, new construction, or changing a light bulb for an elderly client. There was never a job too big or small.
He is proceded to the Lord by his father and mother, John and Helen McIntyre.
He is survived by his loving wife Joyce McIntyre; sisters, Joanne Hornaur, Blanche Waters; brother, John McIntyre; daughters, Lisa Velazco and Tricia Heller and his special son in laws Jason Heller and Adrian Velazco; grandchildren, Arianna Pascale, Kavan Klohr, Maddy Heller, Kami Velazco, Lilly Heller; great grandchild, Luna Pascale; Honorary grandchildren, Jordyn Baernstein, Camryn Baernstein,Rilyn Baernstein and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bill was smart, kind, generous, caring, integrous and had a great sense of humor. Bill was an inspiration to so many and even became a girl scout to travel and assist with his daughter troup. He will be deeply missed by those who knew him.
A celebration of life will be held at Active church in Yucaipa (12954 Bryant St, Yucaipa, Ca. 92399) on June 20th at 10 am. Bill loved to fish so please wear your fishing clothes/gear. No reception due to current pandemic.
