Vera G. Alvarez

Vera G Alvarez our angel has left this world and ascended into Heaven. Vera G Alvarez was born on May 24, 1930 in Redlands Ca. to parents Frank C. Garcia and Conception B. Garcia. she entered into eternal life February 13, 2014. Vera was a beautiful, caring, loving and generous mother, who lived for her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Never missing the opportunity to join the P.T.A., volunteer at school, attend weddings, births, graduations, and any other life events in the lives of her family. Vera is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Raul T. Alvarez, six children; Frank Lopez, wife Sherry, of Redlands Ca., Sally Reynolds, husband Norman, of Temecula Ca., Raul Alvarez, wife Gloria, of Huntington Beach Ca., Alice Pasqual of Bristol RI., Lennie Alvarez of Hesperia Ca. and Jackie Tomasik of Littleton, Co. Eleven grandchildren, several great grandchildren, two sisters, Elenor Delgado of Redlands Ca., Gloria Pruitt of Redlands Ca. and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, Frank C. Garcia and Conception B. Garcia, three brothers, Emilio Garcia of Redlands Ca., Raul Garcia of Redlands Ca., Alex Garcia of Redlands Ca. and one sister, Esther Alanis of Redlands Ca. Services will be held on Wednesday, February 26th, 2014 at Emmerson -Bartlett Memorial Chapel, 703 Brookside Ave., Redlands Ca. Viewing 10:00 - 11:00am, and a celebration of Vera s life 11:00- 12:30 with Burial services at Riverside Cemetery in Riverside, Ca.
