Stella Cedano

Stella, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away at home on November 25, 2023. She was 92 years old. Stella lived in Redlands and graduated from Redlands Senior High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Alex, and they shared 51 years of marriage before Alex passed away in 2003. Stella was a homemaker, volunteered at many organizations, and was a huge Bingo and Dodger Fan. Stella was truly one of a kind, bringing joy and life wherever she went. To know her was to love her, she was sassy, lovable, a wonderful mother and grandmother, and a true friend. Everyone she met was known as "mija" or "mijo" and she gave the biggest, best hugs! She'll always be remembered for the beautiful angels she always wore. We are heartbroken but know that she is at peace and with the angels.

Stella is survived by her beloved daughters, Viola (Lupe), Linda (Tony), three grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents William and Lila Cruz, four sisters and one brother. 

Services on December 18th will be held at Emmerson-Bartlett Mortuary with viewing from 4-6pm and Rosary at 6:00pm. December 19th mass will be at St. John Bosco in Highland at 11:00am, proceeding to Riverside National Cemetery, staging at 1: 30pm.Reception will follow at the American Legion Post 650 on Church St in Redlands.
