Roger Alvin Dargitz

Roger Alvin Dargitz, passed away on September 15, 2014. He was born on September 27, 1938 in Montpelier, Ohio. Roger grew up in Hillsdale, Michigan, moved to Tucson, Arizona and married Betty Oliver in 1962. He is survived by his wife, son, Mark, daughter, Kim and 2 grandsons, Brandon & Logan. The family moved to California in 1966, first choosing Orange County, then Running Springs for 27 years and has lived in Yucaipa for 7 years, spending summers in Big Bear Valley. Roger retired after 45 years in the grocery industry. Roger was always available when asked to use his handyman skills. He loved to play cards & was a country music fan. Services will be held on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 1:00pm at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 12776 6th Street, Yucaipa, CA.
