Richard Allen James

Richard A. James, 88 of Loma Linda, CA.  Originally from Battle Creek, MI, a resident of the Inland Empire since 1947. Died Sunday, October 1, 2017, at Asistencia Villa.  Chief Legal Council for Loma Linda University employed in excess of 60 years.  U.S. Army from 1950 to 1952.  Wonderful father and beloved husband, survived by his wife Lorna Mae James of 67 years, and, two sons, Jerome A. James and his wife Lorene of Highland, CA, and John A. James and his wife Vanessa of Redlands, CA, and a granddaughter, Ashley James of Highland, CA.

Service will be held at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel, 703 Brookside Ave, Redlands, CA 92373 on Tuesday October 10, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Hillside Cemetery to follow. Reception at Redlands Adventist Church at 528 Brookside Ave. Redlands, CA 92373.
