Refugio Venegas

Refugio "Cuca" Venegas, 99, a long time resident of Redlands passed away peacefully at her home on February 23, 2012. She is survived by her loving husband Gabino Venegas who she had been married to for 75 years. Six loving children Maria, Consuelo, Gabino Jr, Amelia, Leonore and Margarita; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Besides spending time with her family Refugio loved to cook and garden. She leaves behind many memories and her family can always remember that she is "Gone yet not forgotten , although we are apart, her spirit lives within them, Forever in our hearts." Services will be held at Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel on Wednesday February 29, 2012 at 11:00 am, burial to follow at Montecito.
