Nona Sweet

Nona Sweet, 76 of Calimesa, passed away November 1, 2009 at Redlands Community Hospital. She was born in Leedy, Oklahoma on February 27, 1933. She was a crossing guard for 21 years for the Yucaipa/Calimesa school district. She is survived by her three sons, Haden Sweet of Calimesa, Robert Sweet of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Jim Sweet of Calimesa. Other survivors include her two grandsons Jonathan and Jared Sweet, and her great grandson Matthew Sweet. Visitation will be held Monday November 9, 2009 at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel, 35208 Yucaipa Blvd. in Yucaipa from 11:00am - 12:00pm, followed by graveside services at Riverside National Cemetery at 1:45, those in attendance will meet at Staging Area #4.
