Martha A. Cox

Martha A. Cox, 95, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at Plymouth Village in Redlands. Born in Union City, Ohio, Martha was the first of five daughters. She was a 31 year resident of Redlands. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. Martha enjoyed gardening, quilting and travel. She was married to Willard Cox for 58 years until his death in 1995. Two children were born to them, a son, Ronald Cox of Sun City, deceased; and a daughter, Janet Murrey of Redlands. Martha also leaves behind a son-in-law, Joe Murrey of Redlands; nine grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Graveside services will be Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Hillside Memorial Park. Emmerson-Bartlett Redlands chapel is handling arrangements.
