Margaret May Hutton

January 6, 1932 — November 18, 2016

Margaret May Hutton went home to be with her Lord, on November 18, 2016, at Redlands Community Hospital. She was born at home near Albany, MO on 1/6/1932 to Dewey and Zola (Magee) Maxwell. She graduated from King City High School in 1949. She went to Northwest Missouri State College in Maryville and taught at Star Elementary for one year before marrying Albert C. Hutton on 5/3/1952. They lived on a farm near Union Star, then relocated to California in 1953. They lived in El Centro, Calimesa and Yucaipa. Margaret graduated from The University of Redlands. She worked for the Redlands School District mainly at Mentone Elementary School until her retirement in 1987. She moved to Redlands at Plymouth Village in 2003, when Al passed away. She is predeceased by her husband, her brother, Charles Maxwell and sister-in-law Anna Mary Williams. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Gerald and Darlene Hutton, of Yucaipa ,her grandson Captain Jonathan Hutton, US Army, her sister and brother-in-law, Roy and Carol Woods of St Joseph, MO and sister-in-law, Willa Maxwell of Cameron,MO. She will be interred next to her husband at the Riverside National Cemetery. A memorial service will be held at the United Methodist Church of Yucaipa on December 17, 2016 at 10:30 a.m.
