Linda Christine Shambaugh

Linda Christine Shambaugh born June 1, 1941 in Hemet, CA, to James and Opal Pomeroy, died of heart failure January 2, 2016, she was 74.
Linda lived in Yucaipa with her husband Bruce for 48 of their 49 years of marriage. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend to all who knew her.
Linda and Bruce enjoyed traveling together. They made several trips to Europe and many cruises together as well as trips all over the United States. She was an avid Teddy Bear collector with several prized Raikes Bears along with countless other bears from her travels.
Linda worked at Security Pacific Bank in Yucaipa for almost 10 years and retired from Western Heights Water Company after approximately 10 years.
Preceded in death by her daughter Lindy and parents James and Opal Pomeroy.
Linda is survived by her loving husband Bruce, sons David and Stan, daughter-in-law’s Ginger and Gloria, grandchildren Charity, Philip with his wife Jennifer and Steven, brother James Pomeroy Jr. and sister Debbie Warner and last but not least her grand-dog Maggie.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2016, from 9:00am to 10:30am with a Funeral Service at 10:30am at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel, 35208 Yucaipa Blvd., Yucaipa, CA with burial to follow at Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
