John Doyle Hayworth

With great sadness his family announces the peaceful passing on August 30th, 2015 of Johnny Doyle Hayworth at home in Yucaipa at the age of 69 after a 4 year battle with cancer. John was born January 2nd, 1946 in Big Spring, Texas and had lived in San Bernardino more than 30 years before spending the last 10 years with his wife and step daughters in Yucaipa. He was retired from San Bernardino County Public Works, Flood Control where he ended his career as a Flood Control Supervisor. He leaves behind his wife Susan and step daughters Kelsey and Kaitlyn Oefinger of Yucaipa, his daughter Tracy Vidlak and grandchildren Amber and Adam Vidlak of Grants Pass, Oregon, stepchildren Mickie and Russ Miner of southern Oregon and his sister Melba Claudy of Florida as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. John enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family and friends. He loved to travel but found great joy at being home with his family and pets. Services will be held Thursday, September 10th, 2015, 10:30 A.M. at the Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel 35208 Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa, CA. 92399.
