Joe Harmer, born July 15, 1935, died July 15, 2011. Joe is survived by his wife of 53 years, Elinor; his children Chris Harmer of Redondo Beach and Connie Rigney of Running Springs. He has three Grandsons: Shea, Cody and Dan. He is also survived by his two sisters: Gerry Roeder of Dixon, NE and Norma Harmer of Ukiah, CA.
