Jean Terry

Jean Terry (Roe) of Calimesa, California passed away July 17, 2015 in Kingman, AZ. She was born July 11, 1928 in San Jose, CA., but her family soon moved to Mentone, where she grew up and attended school. Jean met and married Gene Terry in 1945. They moved to San Bernardino, where they raised four children. Jean worked for the San Bernardino School District as a cook for many years, retiring in 1986. Since both were now retired, Gene and Jean spent the next several years traveling across the country in their 5th wheel trailer, seeing the sights and visiting family and friends. Jean is survived by her children, Randy Terry (Debbie) of Kingman, AZ, Stan Terry (Lynn) of Mt. Shasta, CA, daughter, Debbie Saiz (Robert) of Highland, CA, and daughter-in-law Fran Terry of Beaumont, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Gene Terry, and son Neal Terry. She leaves behind many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Jean will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 28th, 2015 at 11:00am at Hillside Memorial Park, 1540 Alessandro Blvd., Redlands, CA.
