Douglas Corey Doug White

Douglas "Doug" Corey White died unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 16, 2015.  He was 57.

Doug was born on June 28, 1958, in Banning, CA to his parents, Joe and June White. 

Doug spent the majority of his adult life as a volunteer for the VA Hospital in Loma Linda.  He was a faithful member of The Purple Turtles Club for the last 42 years, where he spent every Tuesday afternoon with his lifelong friends.  Doug's most enjoyed pastime was watching sports with his favorites being golf, football, NASCAR, and baseball. 

Doug is survived by his father, Joe White of Calimesa; his brother, Allan and sister-in-law Diana of Chandler, AZ; his sister, Jo Ann Burton and brother-in-law Rick Burton of Cherry Valley; his nephew, Nolan White of Chandler, AZ; his niece, Amy Brandon and her husband Aaron Brandon of Beaumont; his niece, Sara Burton of Hemet; and his nephew, Ricky Burton of Yucca Valley.  Doug joins his mother, June White, in Heaven. 

Funeral Services will be held at Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel in Yucaipa, on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at 11:00 am. Graveside services at Desert Lawn in Calimesa will immediately follow. All are welcome to attend.
