Dorothea Larue Dea Anchors

Dorothea LaRue Anchors, Dea , was born on the 13th of May, 1938 in Coalmont, Pennsylvania to her proud parents Gerald and Sylvia Himes. She dearly loved her husband, Don Anchors of 53 years. She was a wonderful mom to her three daughters, Christine Mayborn, Joni Anchors and Dawn Rourk. She was an awesome grandma to Daniel Griggs, Brynn Campbell, Christopher Bainter, Jaymee Horn, Heather Mayborn, Christopher Rourk and Kyle Rourk, and a proud Gigi (great-grandma) to Kyler Campbell, Carter Campbell and Alice Horn. She loved her 7 brothers and sisters, Alberta Redmond, Sondra Himes, Brady Himes, Marvin Himes, Vaughn Himes, Audrey Watkins and Ray Himes. Dea was so many things: daughter, sister, wife, mom, grandma, gigi, and always dear friend. We all love her so very much. We will continue to miss her and always hear her laughter in our hearts.
