December 21, 1957 — April 15, 2020

Frank Rodriguez

On Wednesday, April 15, 2020, Frank Victor Rodriguez passed away peacefully at home in San Bernardino, California from liver & kidney complications. Frank was born in Redlands, CA on December 21, 1957 to Danny and Lucy Rodriguez and was the 2nd oldest of 4 siblings. Frank grew up in San Bernardino & Redlands and remained there for all of his adult life.
Frank, Frankie, "Pancho" Rodriguez was known for his passion for low-rider cars and culture, cooking, and good times. You would find him building a car or truck, at a car show, hanging with his homies, or racing down the street on Marshall Blvd. Frank was the staple figure at Lucys Mexican Restaurant over the last 25 years and was always there to greet people with his warm smile and infectious laugh through the kitchen window. Frank always made people feel at home, like part of the family. He will always be remembered as the first person to have a "cold one" with his friends and family.
Frank was preceded in death by his grandparents Florencio & Magdelena Chavez, Vincente & Macaria Rodriguez, father Danny Rodriguez, and sister Deborah Rodriguez. Frank is survived by his mother Lucy Rodriguez, brothers Danny Jr. and Thomas Rodriguez, daughter Rebecca Rodriguez, grandsons Aarin and Jaykob, and his domestic partner Deborah Carris. Frank had so many family members and friends that loved him dearly and will be remembered as a strong and loving father, grandfather, son, uncle, and cousin. We will eternally love and miss him dearly.
