Jerold "Bill" L. Welch
February 26, 1935 – May 22, 2017
Bill passed away at Redlands Community Hospital on May 22, 2017 with his family by his side.  Bill preceded in death with his wife, Patsy R. Welch.  He leaves behind his daughters, Liz Welch and Karen Roddick, and his sons, Steve Roddick and Dan Roddick. 4 grandsons, Reno, Sean, and Eric. 2 granddaughters, Karly and Sierra. And 4 dogs and 1 bird.  Bill lived in Highland, California many years, and for the past 17 he resided in Redlands, California.  He owned Julio’s Restaurant in Highland from 1982 to 1993.  He was larger than life, he will be missed by so many.  He was the greatest dad, grandpa, brother, and friend anyone could’ve ever asked for.  He was so generous and giving, and helped so many.  It was an honor to know him.  In Jesus he trusted.
Memorial Service will be held Sunday, June 4, 2017, 2 pm at Emmerson Bartlett Memorial Chapel in Redlands, California.
