Beverly Jean Peters

Beverly Jean Clevenger-Peters, 84, a long-time resident of the Redlands community, died on Wednesday, the 10thof July, at LLUMC. She died unexpectedly in her sleep of natural causes.
Beverly was born in 1934 in Muskegon, MI, and grew up on a farm in Green Bay, WI. Some of her fondest memories were of attending Wisconsin Academy and the lifelong friends she made there. She was President of her graduating class of 1952.
She continued her education at Emmanuel Missionary College, which is now Andrews University, where she received an AS degree in Secretarial work. There she met and married her beloved sweetheart, Marvin, in 1957. All through her life she was always first and foremost a wife, mother, and homemaker. She would also take part-time secretarial jobs, including work at the Cadillac dealership in Green Bay and the Womens Auxiliary in Loma Linda, CA.
Beverly enjoyed making homemade bread, taking camping trips, walking in the mountains, and reading and memorizing the scriptures.
She is survived by her husband, Marvin Peters; her children, Bruce Peters, Sharon Hollinger, and Coleen Bielas; her sons-in law Rick Hollinger and Ken Bielas; her grandchildren, Melinda and Steven Bielas, and Sean Hollinger; as well as various members of her extended family.

The funeral service will be held on Monday, July 22, at the Redlands SDA Church. The viewing will start at 10:30 A.M., the service at 11:00 A.M., and there will be a light lunch in the adjoining caf and courtyard. The graveside service for her family will follow at approximately 1:30 P.M. at Hillside Memorial Park, Redlands.
