Barbara Ann Barton

Barbara Barton, 71, of Redlands, CA passed away on October 19, 2012 surrounded by loving family members. The world lost a beautiful, wonderful woman but Heaven has a new Angel. Barbara was born on May 7th, 1941 in Cleveland, Ohio to Julius and Julianna Pecsok. Barbara moved to California in 1948, graduated from Redlands High School, class of 1959, and received a degree from San Bernardino Valley College. Barbara was a devoted mother and grandmother, who loved life, family, friends and her animals. Barbara is survived by her 3 children Jim Clark, Kevin Barton and his wife Robin, and Carol Barton and her husband Tim Johns, and her grandson James Barton-Johns. A memorial service will be held on November 1st, at 11:00, at the Hillside Memorial Park, in Redlands, California. For those who knew Barbara they knew of her struggle with diabetes and her love for animals. The family would request, that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Barbara s name to either the American Diabetes Association or The Humane Society of the United States.
